Our Founder/CEO
Sika Smith, MSN, APRN, CRNA
Meet Sika our founder/CEO Sika Smith, MSN, APRN, CRNA. Sika graduated from Chicago State University with a BSN 2006, then went on to become an advance practice nurse anesthetist in 2014, obtaining a Masters degree from Depaul University with a certification in anesthesia. With a strong background in healthcare Sika decided to marry her love for medicine with her love for entrepreneurship. Sika Co-founded Rejuvenation House Medical Spa and later went on to become a Medical Spa business consultant assisting several medical spa owners to get their businesses up and running. As a nurse injector and laser trained aesthetics nurse, Sika quickly identified a gap in access to mentorship/consultants and/or qualified coaches that were able to fill the gap for many aspiring medical and beauty professional looking to open a medical spa business. Being a serial entrepreneur has enable Sika to gain knowledge in every aspect of business from the startup phase, growth phase, to expansion. With a gift for teaching and a passion to help other's excel, Sika launched Kingdom Consults a Medical Spa Consulting Firm; dedicated to helping budding and established entrepreneurs around the world build a sustainable, flourishing, and prosperous business.
